Just make sure you keep focussed, I restored "Twiggy" a Globetrotter from this:- To this in about 3 months :- Enjoyed every minute, I love working with wood and this was a pleasure.

Hey there whippy, they say that the impossible only takes a little longer, I don't feel so bad now having accepted the challenge but I think that 3 months is pushing it a bit far, we will just have to wait and see how I go when I get round to starting.

I had full support from the Mrs and worked on it every chance I could. My advice is to plan the rebuild, have a good look at what you have so there are no surprises and start from one corner. Do not be afraid to ask for help on here, these guys are fantastic and well experience in this type of restoration. Most importantly enjoy the task, celebrate each achievement and you will get there.

Tut Tut Hillbilly! You didn't look at the VV location maps! If you did, you would have seen that I live half as close again to McCrae as FF does ;D Hope you enjoyed your visit to my "backyard" beautiful one day, full of erratic, slow driving tourists the next Cheers Chris P.s I reckon it has a touch of the Rowvan ish looks...
