Hi all, Just wondering how all you vintage caravan magicians manage to restore/make the tables in your caravans. I'd love to make an old (looking) retro laminex table with the metal edging and everything, but can't find the stuff I need. I went to Bunnings to find the edging and they had some but it all looked pretty heavy duty and not likely to bend in the way I needed it to, and all their laminex was boring! Any suggestions?

hi becrowe have a look at this american formica site. by moving through the page selections, it shows all the patterns available from formica in the usa. we got ours from here when we did up the ritz a couple of years ago. laminex in australia doesn't want to know about importing sheets, but we were able to get it in from the usa through mister ply in caringbah, sydney. hope you see something you like. geoff
