Hi All.......just arrived home after 5 weeks on the road......with the old Chevy yoot and Fugly van.....had a great time........took in Coledale...Canberra.....Eden.....The Alps......Bright Rod Run....Yamba Rod Run......and Canungra weekend.........about 6000 km round trip.....but good to get back home too......... .............here's a few pics of the trip............ Stayed at one of our favourite parks at Yamba on the first night south.........."Fishing Haven" on the Clarence River......halfway between Yamba and Mc Lean........ On to Coledale to catch up with old friends........had a new neighbour on Coledale Heights this year............ ..............and here's two of the stalwarts that help keep Coledale happening each year.......... .....good on ya Jude and Norm................ ........Talley soon settled in to the parcel shelf in the Coupe Yoot... ...........slept most of the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Detoured off the coast up to Canberra to spend a few days with Earee and Earleebird.............had a slight mishap outside Bowral... ............Jennison came to the rescue ( again) with an early Holden rim that I had driven on with a flat tyre for a bit too long... ....thanks Jeff!! ..........back down to the coast via Bungendore........ ............found a beautiful little park at Bermagui........... and almost as good at Eden !!!!!!!!!!!..................... to be cont.......................

Hi Barb and Clyde. You guys sure know how to sniff out the good van parks. I love the coast from Coledale south .. right down through lakes entrance etc. Looks like you had a great time .. apart from the diff and a fuglytyre. So tell me.. what sort of header system is that sticking up out the back of your yoot ... second photo .. reply #2. Looks suspiciously like a "3 into one hydro electric Jobby"... common down around Khancoban way. Pleased to hear ya made it home OK... great adventure mate. Reddo
