From Snail ..........
A great response for the Spring Tour, confirmed so far
Potts,Taylor,Bayley,Cahill,Maskell,Hall,Tuck,Noble, Jenkins & Daggsy total of 10 vans and 17 tourists.
A possible 2 more to get back to me.
Overnights at Northam,Dalwalinu,Mullewa, Dongara and Watheroo have been booked.
On Sunday 5th make your own groups to travel toNortham for a bring your own BBQ evening meal.
I have yet to arrange any meal bookings and look forward to any suggestions , I had in mind the following-
Sun BBQ
Mon Pub
Tues Pub
Wed Choose your own
Thurs Pub.
Seeing as it's a holiday we would eat out in the evenings.
Daytime meals, make your own arrangements.
It will be a condition of entry that all participants attend the evening briefing session between 5& 6pm.
Vintage reds & whites and copious ales of all forms will be be the only acceptable currency of entry.
Any swapping of partners on this excursion is forbiddin and should be reported to the tour leader at the conclusion of the evening briefing session.
Any harresment by the Holden /Ford camps will be dealt with in a most severe manner and any discussion of the same is to take place in the mens ablutions after midnight.
So we don't get bored at any time the Tour Leader(me) thought we may have a Bocce/ Boules championship with teams of 2 competing for the SPRING TOUR BOULES CUP, so get your nominations in now.
Any other activities you can bring on board are more than welcome to make our tour lots of fun.
Any of you who have UHF comunicators will be handy, if not they are not that expensive to pick up the hand held type from Dick Smith with a range of about 5-6klms.
It is to be remembered that whilst we are travelling as a group the itinary is only a guide, and that Karen & I have put the arrangements together to try and suit us all to enjoy.
Looking forward to a great gig.
Regards Snail,
Self appointed Tour guide & official dogs body.
PS Lets make this a blast to remember!!!!!!!!!
