I have just booked & paid. Providing the VV survives the trip to Casterton's vintage vehicle rally this weekend, I will see those of you in M/Bridge. Steve

Hi all, Back home and on the airwaves. Thanks Dave (Olfarts) for the PM. I had the utmost faith in the FX and van, just never know if something will s%^t itself unexpectantly (and it didn't!!). Had fun in Casterton with 115 vintage vehicles last Fri to Mon. Then slowly home, Warracknabeal Mon night, Swan Hill Tues & Wed nights, Ouyen last night & home today. No other V Vans, but a couple of retro tear drops, which I can post when I download off the camera. Andrew82, I will be heading to M/B Sat morning, as I don't work weekends. Will take me a good couple of hours, but still aim to be there before lunch. However, I need to be back in Pinnaroo for my Goddaughters 4th birthday lunch on Sunday. Steve

::)Hi Dave No question is dumb , if your are not sure ask you want the smoke detector to protect you & your family mainly when you are sleeping ...there is no rules where to locate the detector ,it would depend on where the kitchen and the sleeping area are .....try not to mount it near where you are cooking Detectors have changed over the years You can now buy detectors suited to caravans and some have a hush button that will reset it self in about 10 minutes if it operates while you are cooking dont forget to have a fire blanket ...mount your blanket and fire ext near the caravan door Geoff ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
