Hi all, I have found an old chrome galley pump, but the inside feels loose, like it needs a washer, and I was wondering if anyone knows if washers are still available for them, I dont know the brand of it, and if that is the problem. Any suggestions, or info appreciated. Regards Impala

Hi Reddo, Unfortunately, we are not able to do the soak it and see test, as we have not bought it yet, we wanted to make sure it was able to be made useable first No point in buying it, then finding it could only be used as an ornament Now, the size of the bore is 1 3/8", and it does not have the mounting plate with it, it just has a thread at the end of it. Regards Impala

Yo proscrastinating Impala Buy the bloody thing.. we can sleeve it .. bore it.. put a 23/70 cam and a set of twin S.U's on it and get it reving... Not hard to make something"Suck and blow" These things are simplicity in the true form. A swollen big fat leather washer can take up a "The slop" in any pump. Dont worry about the nut that holds it on the sink.. it'll only be a whopping BSP thread or something similar.. ya hearin me boy .. stop goofin off and just buy it. Reddo

Hey Reddo, Found another one, ;D this one is complete, and half the price ;D Think it might be a newer model, as it has a small plunger where the seal is, the other one had a ball arrangement. Anyway, it will do the job Impala Might even get the other one just for the heck of it
