Hi Guys My 1957 phoenix ply caravan resto is going along well but i need to know how to clean up my Aluminium windows and trim. obviously on a 50+ year old caravan it is tired and dull and i thought i would ask the experts how to best clean it up! i have a big tin of autosol polish that i thought i would use? but the best way to start? Do you use abrasives such as fine sand paper or steel wool or other and then polish? And when you polish should i use a buff wheel in the drill or hand or what? All and any suggestions greatly appreciated and received. i will try and put some photos up soon the hatch and holes are all fixed it has all been sanded back and been fully repaired on the outside. All thoughts on the aluminium polishing i await. Thanks Brett

Gidday Had708 Can't say what others do But the window frames and strip around the middle of my van were polished with fine steel wool and jiff initially then autosol to finish Time consuming but worth it The real bad stuff had a fine sandpaper first Cheers Atog
