Mark "I'm hoping that recent sales of some "unofficial" vintage caravan stickers marketed using our website, won't damage the popularity of the "official" website stickers " I hardly think so mate. I think the bloke that sold those stickers was trying to promote the fact that vintage caravans are "Enjoyable good" the fact that they are now on vans can only help promote our cause. Has to be a whole lot better than someone putting together a DVD with a stack of photos on it of our vans without acknowledging thier owners or giving a description of the vans Do you still want me to sell some stickers over here and send you the money as discussed in your pm to me a few weeks ago ???or are you going to do "mail order only". We have the tour and coledale coming up and i reckon i can sell at least 40 for you.... its your call I will place an order for 2 now and pm you with postage details when i have sent the $$. Reddo

Mark wrote: "Was it YOU Reddo who marketed those "illegal" vintage caravan stickers Oh Dear ... it looks like i might be in trouble for the third time in as many months Mark not too sure if this is what you are referring to . These are the only things i have designed and Produced. If "marketing " them on this site was an issue then you should have said so when i Pm'd you asking for permission to do so earlier this year. (Note: i have already pm'd you and gained your permission to get about 15 stubby holders with similar text made up for this years east coast tour) There is no reference to the website and i did not use your website logo. The purpose of the exercise was to promote vintage caravanning . If i have encrouched on some sort of copyright then i am guilty and i apologise. If i have advertised something for personal gain then i am also guilty of making about $3.00 out of the sale of around 20 of the "enjoyable goods" stickers..... If the conduit for selling stuff via your website is a "no no" Then i plead guilty on all 3 counts and so should everyone else that has advertised something for sale via your website. Weather it be a van, metho stove or a hub cap I suspect there is a great deal of ... innocent criminals if this is the case. If the "vintage caravans - enjoyable goods "stickers are not the issue here then i plead not guilty your honour . Yours sincerely Reddo

Hi ya Whippy. Mate the best advise i can give you is head to your local signwriters. Most of them have computers nowadays and can scan original stickers to make repos in adhesive vinyl. If you cant come up with an original then find a van with a good sticker on it and take a photo and measurements or an old advert from a keith windser book so they can match the font/ script. Take it along to the signscraftpersons and they can fiddle with graphics and make you a couple. Be handy to know what length and hieght the originals where so they have a better idea of size etc. Let us know how you get on . Reddo

Hi Glynn,
Reddo is on the ball! I measured up mine and had the local sign writer make them up, he did a pretty damn good job too and they were one of the cheaper items i replaced on the van!
If you like, i can email you a pic of the stickers (as i cant use photobucket as my server here at work blocks it) so you can see how they look. Can also give you the sign writers details, im fairly sure he kept the artwork and it would be fairly easy for him to post them to you i would think.
Cheers J-Rod
