One observation is that the van was only held to the floor by the ply overlapping on the sides! Non of the internals are actually fixed to the floor. Any ideas why this is? Also the van build quality is superb however there appears to have been no glue at all used in its construction any suggestions why this is? Unfortunately I will be lifting the van off the floor as the floor need replacing but as the internals are not fixed to the floor this will be somewhat easier. The biggest problem to date will be finding suitable ply to replace the sides. I looks like I will have a horizontal join about half way down the side! roof front and back don't need replacing. The van is very light construction and will need strengthening especially around the bed supports as I feel the previous generations where a lot lighter than we are today. Hooroo Skywagon
