Here's one for you. I was out visiting with a mate on his old family property and i spotted this through the trees. I've been past about 5 times before, and never noticed it. Its a Commer Karrier, around the late 40's apparently, been made into a camper with two or three bunk beds, plenty of cupboard space and a sink and lever tap. When i asked, the reply from the owner was "that old thing, you're welcome to it!" I didn't take it any further as it would need a fair bit of work and wasn't exactly what i'm looking for, but thought i'd pass on the info... Cheers Chris

Hi Chris What a great old van I reckon it would restore up beautifully. Perhaps not a vintage caravan but..... Here is a chance to save a bit of australias - "made in england " transport Heritage. Does it look as though it was ever used as a camper?? or was it always a goods delivery van . I would love to restore it as a camper but .. if it was a goods van well then i suppose it would be best left as a goods van eh. Reddo
