Hi all. Not actually a new member, just forgot the password about ten years ago ! I have asked this on other areas,Chesney Facebook,Vintage Caravans etc .with no luck. I have a 1967 Chesney Premier , since 2010 and have never seen another nor even a photo. They do not appear on any brochures I have seen ,was starting to think the Premier sticker was a fake till I met someone who had worked on them at the Lawnton factory. He could not tell me anything more ,as they predate that facility. It has a 9/67 chassis number and matching electrical certificate. But has timber frame when Chesney was supposed to be alloy from late 66. Diamond pattern aluminium and trapezoid shape windows. Side profile is as per 65 /66 not 67 Front is different as normally vans with those windows slope to match,my front window is vertical. Interior is as per earlier models with “Everglades “pattern Masonite wardrobe, ceiling and overheads . Does not have curved corner wardrobe. All overheads had sliding doors made from laminex ,so I assume it’s a base model ., Any ideas ? Hope to finally meet some of you at Stanthorpe
