How will you replace the floor? I'm rebuilding a sunliner with some floor damage, and will probably flood it with sloppy epoxy.
Let me know.
Paint : international perfection - was recommended to me by a p&d teacher at Tighes Hill TAFE - can be rolled or brushed. Have a look at it before you decide on a final finish. A bit pricey, but I've seen boats (its a marine paint) done with it and they are sparkling. I think the website's yachtco, but a google on international perfection would get it for you.
Bin down the path of house paint, solarguard, and gelcoat - no joy there
Let me know of your progress

Hi Arthur, I have now cut out new floors using some 9mm ply, a little thicker than the oricinal,i have done it it 3 sections so all the joins are over a chassis support, once its glued and screwed down i'm going to lay fibreglass over all the joins and all the way round the outside edge joining it to th glass sides. i havent decided on the paint for the floor yet, but have got a 20litre drum of poly 2-pac that a mate left here......nice mate hey!!!!!! Would really like a description of how you got the old floor off/out. From the pictures it looks like you've got the chassis supported by stands.
Thanks Apiarist1
