hello all, My father went to insure his 1968 Viscount Vogue today and was told that Suncorp wont insure anything more than 30 years old. Does anyone know an insurance company that he can insure with.
Thanks Again Jay & Jo

Hi Jay and Joe,
Although its not 30 years old yet my 1982 Millard van which is onsite at a caravan park in Victoria is insured through RACV no problems.I live in NSW and they were easy to deal through, didn't ask stupid questions and didn't have stupid rules that some insurance companies seem to have. I'm sure there would be others that would/could insure you like NRMA, RACQ,Shannons (they insure vintage cars) etc.........probably try the yellow pages under insurance maybe.
Hope this helps,
Terry and Grum.

For caravan insurance another mob to try is CIL Insurance... which is part of the Vero group...which is part of the Promina group..which is phone 1800112481. I have Driftwood insured with them. Problem is you don't really know how good the insurer is until you make a claim...I always feel as though I am making a donation to them. Cobber.
