Hi Guys, Do we have any clever frisge people on here. As Reddo suckered me into rescuing this old van and I'm "not allowed to start it until some other projects are finished" I've been poking around sussing stuff out. I need to establish how to test this fridge which would obviously mean lighting it. (I think i'll do it in the middle of the driveway after checking for leaks with soapy water) So, how do I light it? Also, does anyone have a secret supply or contact for period 50's Laminex patterns? I've discovered some grey "marble" design under lovely 80's "cork" contact, which fortunately preserved what was underneath as well as some on a drop down "table" that doubles as a cupboard door. (poor excuse for a table) Where do you guys find this stuff? (Note the flow through ventilation) Cheers Chris

hi chris we got ours from the usa, saw it at www.formica.comcheck out the website, (north america, laminates). they have patterns that aren't available in aus. mr plywood imported it for us, it took about 14 weeks to deliver. (that gave us time to save the money to pay for it). geoff 'n jude

Hi minicamper Is the fridge gas only, or gas/electric? Can you at least test it on electric first?? For safety sake, why not get a gasfitter to have first go at getting the gas working? Ray
