What to fill Holes in Plywood van with???

Hi Everyone,
I am tidying up the old van and was wondering what people suggest filling all the excess drilled holes in the plywood with, something that has to be flexible enough to withstand the movement of the van and be sanded for painting etc?
There are numerous nail / screw head sized holes and also a couple of larger ones where the old water tank filler was?

Bog is great but use it sparingly as timber shinks and expands a little and bog does'nt.

Thanks for the handy tips guys, it had pretty much confirmed what I thought, but I wanted to be 100% sure, Been reading teh past psosts for days and getting more and more confused with the huge amount of information offered! and as this is my first van (or woodworking experience!) I need all the help I can get so thanks again!
