Hi all, While searching for something else recently, I came across a reference to Glowmaster caravans in an advert published in the Sydney Morning Herald in June 1962: (Source: Sydney Morning Herald, Saturday, 16 June 1962, page 36) According to the advert, Glowmaster caravans had an all-steel frame and aluminium cladding, and were available from the Hume Sales Centre located at 237 Hume Highway, Cabramatta. As indicated, the Hume Sales Centre also acted as dealers for Fleetwind, Valiant and Styleline caravans. I can't find any other reference to Glowmaster caravans. Does the name ring any bells for anyone else?? Incidentally, I have included the other adverts because they reveal some of the dealership arrangements in place in 1962. For example, Castle Caravans was a dealer for Viscount, and was also selling vans built by Roma (from Victoria), Litecraft (Queensland), and Fairway (NSW or Queensland?), in addition to its own Castle branded vans. Some of the latter were sourced from Adventurer in South Australia. Don Ricardo
