Just to put my old friend cobber's mind at ease, the hinges on the kitchen cupboard doors have not had the screw heads painted over and definitely had slot-head screws used on them

G'day Ray, This is a worry ....... you've read my mind I knew you would have used slot head screws because I know you CARE about your restorations but I did wonder why you painted the heads of the screws, pleased to hear it's an optical illusion Those modern LED things are hard to resist aye? but not everybody feels a need to confess to having used them Nice looking little van, congratulations Cobber.

I know where there is another one of these sitting in a backyard rotting away.
The owner is somewhat difficult to deal with but at least I tried.
Hopefully he will see the light one day and sell it on, but it will probably be too late by then.
Great little vans.
Leigh.

What a shame, sportsman. I know of a Glen which is going the same way. Just keep trying, you never know.
