Hi all, I've recently acquired an old Franklin caravan when I bought a house. It seems to have been used as an extra bedroom and was "built in" under a pergola about 30 years ago! I've searched and searched and it seems to me it's perhaps a Franklin Premier, but I'm not sure and I have no idea what year. There is no serial number on the A frame at all, and I've searched all through the van and no identifying info either. I'll try to post photos. Thanks in advance! Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

Thank you Hughdeani!
We plan to give it a good going over and seeing if there's much water damage etc. I don't think there would be a lot as it's been undercover since the 80's I believe. Will need to see how roadworthy it is and decide whether to restore to use as a family caravan or as a cubby house for the kids in the back yard. I'm definitely more inspired after reading this board! In-laws have been trying to convince us to get rid of it for scrap for the last 2 years!

Very similar to ours. We have a 66 but it's smaller than yours ( 11ft ) - has the same distinctive front wrap around Windows and wide back window. Regards
