Hey f/f, I suppose any caravan that's snug under its own garage and wrapped up like a baby shouldn't leak!! Visually the tapes has limitations. Methinks I will stick with my Selleys caulking compound - stays hard on the outside and soft in the inside - like me!!!

I used Flexible RV Roof Coating when it started leaking. I thought about full repair but my friend convinced me to try this one. Yeah, it's good and works as supposed.
