Steve obrien found it. It's for sale on Facebook.late 1950s model going by the back windows. It has a new drawbar but it does Need a new hatch so there is a little work involved but well worth saving by someone by the looks. It's in SA and only $800. Pics to follow

Righto, a few further observations with a view to dating this van. I think it's about a 55/56 model....... Where it does have a similar pressed three band stripe and fixed metal stripe down its sides as my 1953 ( and let's assume 54 model), it has rubber sealed windows at the rear where mine has timber frame / window putty type edge. Conversely, aussieutes 1958/60 model no longer has the three groove stripe but does have rubber sealed rear windows the same as this one so 55/56/57? seems a good guesstimate. Jenno

Here are the pics from the Facebook add On glancing at the pics I originally thought this may have been a Trailmaster shell fitted out ( see details in Jennison Pathfinder thread ) but on further inspection And discussion with Geff ( Jennison ) the jury is still out although I am leaning more on the side that it is a Pathfinder but would value any input Here are my observations: Roof is possibly canvas covered but has had sheeting placed over the top Can't see Jennison Pathfinder badge holes where the should be; below rear and front windows in the middle ( can see some holes or what look like holes but hard to tell with these pics and they don't seem to be in the right place) Kitchen cooker nook and sink are in reversed positions to what other pathfinders of the same era had .This could have been a preference at the factory but the configuration of the cupboard under the sink and the push button latches are consistent with that of the pathfinder. The sink drainer and cupboards have been cut off ( possibly to accomodate a double bed) The sink and outlet look right The overhead cupboards have a well finished rounded carcass typical of factory and the recognisable bread cupboard which is protrudes out from the rest ( my 49 Jenno has the same protruding similarities) Looks like it has a copper water tank is right and in the "factory " position under the bed Drawbar looks to have been replaced Front dinette seats have rounded corners which suggest factory Outer side ribbing the same as Jennisons 53 Pathfinder Talking to Jennison his rear windows are held in by putty and this one has rubber moulds so he and I would conclude it is later than 53 but earlier than the latter version that had no ribbing up the sides and a coloured flash behind the rear wheel so reckon it's dated around 55-56??? Only my thoughts and am happy to be corrected . I would love to see someone on the forum get this as it's worth restoration but not for the faint hearted!!! Ok after listing it all down I'm 95% sure it's a pathfinder not a Trailmaster shell kit! Over to you DonR
