Hi All,
Well I've just been given a big hiccup health wise, & I need to get rid of my cars & caravans & tools ASAP.
I've listed the Olympic Micro Style leader , & my Crewman & Statesman on Gumtree.
I should be able to deliver the Olympic for a fee, to pretty well anywhere. It's on historic rego which is not transferrable
The Quest is nearly finished inside, & will be listed in the next week or so when I finally get it back together.
I am planning on posting progress pix of it on the Forum when the interior is assembled.
The Olympic will be at our Evans Head event in a fortnight, as I won't be selling it before then.
Biggest one to sell is my Dodge, but I want to use it a bit before it has to go.
Any one interested in anything please contact me. I am negotiable as they all have to go.
C'est la vie

Gee Dennis & Sue
We all appreciate on the Forum, how much work you put into your cars & vans, and also how much you love getting out & using them. So this must be devastating for you.
All the best for your future health, we'll see you in Evans Head!

This seems like doubling up if you read Recent Posts as I just posted this in Evans Head thread but I guess some people read Recent Threads or? We want to celebrate Dennis & Sue's 40 years of life together, as its their 40th wedding anniversary in about a months time. So we've made a booking for dinner at the Chinese restaurant at Evans Head Bowls Club for Saturday night, 30 January, at 6.30pm. www.evansheadbowls.com.au/kamhingchinese/It's within walking distance of the Park, along the river to the Heads & next to the Surf Club. Should be a lovely opportunity to let Dennis & Sue know how much we appreciate your company. Who would have thought that fixing up some old caravans would have led to such great friendships? Cheers Cathie

Dennis 40 years !! , Pam and I have just racked up 26 but like you Sue, Pam probably feels like it`s a lot longer. Since we met on our first Reddo tour years ago you both welcomed Pam and I into the fold. There have been more tours, get together s and the odd Coledale since but some things have remained constant , the fun , laughter and lasting friendships. Basically Dennis I put blokes into 2 categories, Doers and Gunnas. And you my friend are a Doer. Building your Rods and restoring multiple caravans to suit your own taste and requirements, plenty talk about what they are "going"to do but you have done and are still plugging along with the Quest. Whatever may happen in the future we treasure our times spent with you both.
Pam and John.

Hi Dennis and Sue Phil and I are both so sad to read that you are not well, Dennis. We both have a wonderful memory of the first time that we met you at the Tallebudgera event. We were both so unsure of what to expect and you were so kind, and we have never forgotten it. Our thoughts and best wishes go to both you and Sue and we hope that you get better soon. Kindest regards Phil and Louise

Hello Dennis,
I'm interested in buying a vintage caravan, would you be able to contact me with details or links for the ones you are selling? Thanks

Hi,
I have both my vans for sale, as well as my crewman & Statesman. All on Ebay & gumtree
Our Olympic is on gumtree & Ebay, (& we would like to get $11000 for it, but are negotiable) Look in members photo albums under "Ethel" or " 11'6" olympic Micro Style Leader
It is complete & useable. We will be at Evans Head using it at end of next week.
Our Quest is on here under "quest for a quest". It is almost completely rebuilt internally, & hopefully I will get to post some pix soon.
It is complete, & would be simple to register. Or I can get rego inspection.
Looking for bids for it, but the coming pix will show its quality.

Hi
Thanks for the reply. The 11'6" olympic Micro Style Leader looks like a 2 berth, is the quest the same? I'm after a 4 berth as we have kids. Thanks.
