SUNDAY 3rd April
Morning our vintage caravans open for forum members only that are booked into our caravan park (SWR Tourist park) to look through and inspect your van and collectables
NOTE..it is not compulsory to have your van open for inspection if you are worried about items going missing / damaged or members injuring themselves please don't participate in this event ..
NOTE this morning is not open for the general public to attend
While our vans are open and members walking around inspecting them....we will have a sell/swap wanted for small caravan parts/ books/collectables etc ...... on a table outside your caravan...... that's if you have any thing to sell or swap...please no big items
Note ...This is different to our Auction night to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor

Bare Foot Bowling and BBQ $25 ahead
Bowling only ( No BBQ ) $11 ahead

If we have 50 members attending the bowls/bbq the bottom bar will open
Pushing the 70 mark for members attending this event......this means the bottom bar will be open

Friday 8th April
Time to say goodbye and hook up the vintage/Classic van and head for home

Tourist info bag available from the caravan park office on you arrival
The tourist info centre at SWR will be delivering the bags to the caravan park
Could the forum members that have Vintage caravan .com flags please bring them and put them up
Keep an eye on the info White Board in the camp kitchen area any up dates we think you need to know about your week in SWR will be on the board
Don Ricardo will have a few sessions on photo bucket
Brenten will also have a few sessions on making caravan cushions
Gay and Di will have tickets for sale for the quilt
Don Ricardo is our camera man for the week ...photos will be given to Dave01 and Lillian to make the nats CD and this will be available for you to purchase at a latter date
