Greenwood Caravans
Causeway Garage,
Cnr Ascot & Albany Roads,
Victoria Park, Western Australia
It appears that Greenwood Caravans built vans just prior to, and during the first part of World War II.
Following is an article published on Saturday, 20 April 1940 in the Perth Daily News about a van built to order by Greenwood for Bernie's for use as a mobile cafe:

The article is quite detailed, and tells us a lot about the fitting out of the caravan, as well as Bernie and his business. From this information and other newspaper articles I gather he was a bit of an institution in Perth?
The article is quite large. As a result the size of the above copy is small enough to be difficult to read. You can find a more readable version by clicking on the link provided as the source. However, here is a larger version of the photo of the caravan and tow vehicle:
It is interesting to see that - although built in 1940 - the van concerned had quite a modern shape compared to a lot of vans of the era. By 'modern' I mean it is a shape that wouldn't have looked too far out of place in the early 50's.
The above article was accompanied by an advert for Greenwood Caravans:

Note the comment that Greenwood had built fifty previous 'trailer caravans'. This suggests that they may have been building caravans for a couple of years at that point.
The earliest reference I can find in the press to Greenwood is this line advertisement, published in The West Australian on Friday, 30 June 1939:
