One of the windows of my caravan broke along the journey from Sydney to Melbourne. I was wondering if somebody could please advise on how I go about replacing the window? How do I remove it without breaking the glass?
Alternatively, I might have to pay to get them fixed...
Do I opt for glass or perspex?
I think I also need to replace the rubber seal around the window. In fact, I think I will need to do it for all of them.
I'm in Melbourne. Many thanks in advance

Hi Chrissie05
You did not tell us what part of Melbourne you live
You could try this mob in Dandenong ......I have bought a few old caravan and classic car bits off Paul a couple years ago

how do you mean broke unless it snapped the frame there fixable The window had a small crack in it. Along the journey on the highway, the window cracked and a large section broke off. Mick who towed it for me took out some of the large glass and taped it up. It's covered at the moment with cardboard and it's sitting outside. The frame is still ok. The seals will need to be redone. I'm north of Melbourne so Dandenong is a fair hike from where I am.
