Looks like we have about 10 starters for this weekend. We have talked to Karen Mason about having to prebook sites, no worries just turn up and she will collect payment on the weekend. $15 per site per night.Things to do? Beaudesert country markets on Saturday morning,4Real milk automated dairy tour 10 am,plenty of scenic drives to local dams wineries etc. We have arranged a barefoot bowls game around 4pm as the bowls club is next door to the showgrounds, they also do meals on Friday and Saturday nights. Meals also available across the road at the pub. Do as much or as little as you wish.
Cheers Bob and Jacqui.

Who’s up for a game of “barefoot bowls” on Saturday at 4pm @ $5 p/p. For anyone wanting to stay after & have dinner at the Bowls Club, I have attached a menu. A lovely 80 year old lady called Margaret, has asked if we could get numbers & also let us know what meals we would like to order. This would help the lovely ladies of the bowls club with their catering. She did also say that anyone changing their minds on the night would not be fed to the lions! Also if anyone is Gluten free, she will make a special meal for you! Please send me a pm as to what you would like to order. BBQ Meal $15 - homemade rissole, sausage, onion, mixed salad, tomato, beetroot, pineapple, cheese, carrot & bread roll. roast meal $18 -roast meat, gravy, or corned meat & white sauce, pumpkin bake, jacket potatoes with sour cream & shallots, honey carrots, peas & corn Salad Meal $15 - ham or corned meat, beetroot, lettuce, tomato, pineapple & a choice of any two homemade salads (e.g. potato, coleslaw, carrot & cheese or rice) Desert is $3. Hi Bob & Jacqui
Thanks for doing so much organizing for this weekend.
Pizzas on Friday night are a great idea. It worked really well at Lightning Ridge with a bunch of Webers cranked up & churning out instant pizzas! We'll bring our Weber baby Q with its little pizza stone. I imagine other people will be able to bring their Webers too.
I'll PM you re dinner at Bowls Club. We're in!
Thanks again, you've gone to a lot of trouble for the rest of us!

Hi to all our Vintage Vanners coming to Rathdowney ..... due to confusion (old age on my part) the Bowls Club Dinner on Saturday night, will now only be Roast topside, veggies & gravy. Desert is apple cake or fruit salad & icecream. Margaret explained to me this morning, that they can only do the one meal as their kitchen is very small & don't have many hands.
As we have had a lot more roasts ordered the majority wins. I apologize to everyone who have ordered the BBQ. Please let me know in the next couple of days, who would still like to order the roast.
Cheers Jacqui (I might be getting a little older, but still young at heart!)
