Linda and I are proud to announce that we have our very first Port Hole. ;D ;D ;D It just happens to be attached to a Carapark 9 - 10 that we picked up last weekend. I had purchased it on Australia day for the princley sum of a case of beer off an old bloke that was using it for storage. It has taken him this long to clean it out. The chassis and panels are in pritty good nick and the inside has been striped out, but he did keep most of the original fittings. So it wont be too hard to rebuild the interior. Cheers. Trodler.

Hi Trodler Congrats... a carton of beer is a small price to pay for a porthole with van attached. She should polish up nicely ... A " Airstream Toaster" The one that is on " Release the hounds Jeeves where goin hunting" thread , is still for sale. i noticed it in this weeks Ad Mag for $700 ono. Similar condition with sink and front cupboard still in place. the rest of the interior is demolished and will require a complete fit out. I offered $800 then renigged after having a think about what i really wanted to build.
Would like to see a few of these "toasters" turn up at Coledale. Whats the chances of this one being there???.

Hi Guys.
Ray.The inside of the van was originally lined with 3/16 ply with a light blue paint finish. I have been pritty lucky cos the original floor is still in place so I can work out the original interior layout, and I also have some brochures with interior cut outs showing the different layouts.
Reddo. I dont think this one will be ready for Coledale as I have been busily working on my propert to get it finished for then.
Cheers. Trodler.
