Hi , This my first posting on this form. I fairly new at this caravan seen I have been looking for A Caravan to to suit my 37 Car. Now I have took the plunge and bought reproduced of a 1946 Cabin Car . I picked it up last Sunday and brought back down from Brisbane Queensland to the south west Victoria A round trip of 3970 km that I travel a jolly long way driving on my own. And no I didn't take the Chevy Drove up and back down in my land cruiser. A lot of people would know this caravan in Queensland as King Woody. I hope to enjoy travel ling in for many years to come. Cheers James

Hi Mozart...
Nice touches... Sometimes its the "Icing" that makes the cake....!! or.. Should that read ... the "filling" that makes the cake.
Very tastefully done. Just make sure all those items are secured when travelling. Hate to see that bevel edge mirror come crashing down.

Hi Mozart Congratulations on a beautiful combination of car and van - and I like your interior touches that bring it to life. What a lovely Empire radio, and the pictures almost feel like they might be the residents of the rig. Are they family members, or did they come with the frame? Nice work! Seeshell

Seeshell Thanks Reddo & Seeshell The mirror is screwed into the wall hopefully will not move. I store everything away when I do travel , I haven't had an accident so far and even sudden stops at red lights everything has stayed where it supposed to I just picked up photos yesterday from post office The two pictures of the female , male photos totally original 1930s from USA . Taking a Little bit of search online for the right items to put in it but very happy to find those two photos. radios is another thing that I do collect I had this one for quite a few years. It seems to fits in quite nicely as well the heater on the floor is in that style as well . I was working on a t theme of a travelling salesman and Family photos of his wife and son of that era late 30s . I' haven't got any female items in caravan yet, I don't think I would be able to put more thing in ,I am running out of room.
