Hi everyone, I am after a cupboard style lock for the door flap on my van - you know the bit that opens in the top of the door to let light and air in when the main body of the door is shut. The lock needs to recess into the body of the the flap, rather than attach to the back of the flap. Below are 2 examples. On the left is what I am after, but the one in the photo is too big and thick (sounds familiar, or so my wife tells me). The one on the right is about the correct size and thickness, but the key goes into the flat face. I need one where the key goes into the raised face (as on the left). I hope that is clear and that someone can help. I am happy to buy the lock from you and to pay postage (to Canberra). Cheers David

G'day David, Really impressed with the progress you are making on this lil Ol' Atlantic Another place to try for the lock is out of the vintage Restoration Parts suppliers list.. Graeme Brown in Vic.... page 50 of the cattledog even has a diagram showing how to take measurements of the lock so you order the right one. A new supplier on the list also has some of that type of lock, Tradco Hardware Let's us know how you go Cobber.
