Hi Stevo1,
Whereabouts are you situated please?
Can you please give me the measurements of the annex and an idea of how many rips there are and whereabouts on the annex they are?
Also do you have an idea of how much you want for the annex?
Not sure if you know as yet how to send a PM (Personal Message)? But if you just click on the 1954homemade name (in blue) on the left hand side, it will show a different screen shot. Then just click on the Send Personal Message (in blue) in the middle and you will be able to reply to me personally.
Many thanks Diane

Hi all,
I have taken some measurements today of the annex.
The Roof is 3.7m x 2.3m The side aends are 2.4m wide and 1.85m high The long side is 3.7m x 1.7m high.
I have ropes as well.
I am located in the Hunter valley and would be looking around $600 for the annexe.
