Special thanks to Bob who paved the way to this miraculous discovery... I am forever grateful for all of his help and for being so kind and honest. !!

Welcome Flowergirlz to the site, it's such a great group of people and there's some much information & help from fellow VV's.
and welcome to the Olympic Fibreglass club, you can't go wrong. Bob Taylor is so helpful and is a wealth of knowledge and not to mention his fantastic register of Olympics.
There's something special about the Vintage Olympic Caravans, I love em.
Just to let everyone know the gumtree ad for the Qld Riviera is sold, that's the newly acquired one that i have bought to do up and are picking up during the week. I'm also looking forward to meeting Bob on the way back down to show him the van and to get some details on it.
Cheers Tory (Torrich - first glass)

Hi Folks I am glad Olympic HQ was able to assist in getting the right van for Flowergirlz, I feel this lovely van has found a beaut home, look forward to seeing it at SEQ outings and perhaps the Nationals. As I told Flowergirlz there is only one place for everything Olympic --- . I should now welcome Flowergirlz to the Olympic family, like Tory has realised 'glass is class'. Cheers boblor

Hi I`m on the mid north coast as well and have bought this... Due to work commitments (60 hour weeks ) Having trouble getting the time to fix this one up... If you know of anyone who wants to buy a Riviera and doesn`t want to travel to the other end of NSW and somebody can do her up better... Note she has been washed and shampooed on the the inside and out since these pic`s taken..... well wiped down anyways. and the early 70`s curtins are for free lol vintagecaravans.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=photo&action=display&thread=11613Cheers V D R
