G'DAY LYNELLE AND JOHN , small world is'nt it ! Talking to a mate today about cars and caravans and mentioned to him some friends of mine had found and restored a '57 Chev a few years back . I relayed the story as i remembered it from your recent magazine spread and to my amazement he new all about your car . It turns out he grew up in the house next door (right next door !) in down town Narwee and had eyed it off as a child . His older brother had tried for year to get the car but the old boy wouldn't sell . He said he remembers the single garage it sat in was starting to fall apart and that the house was eventually demolished . He said the families name was Mathews and the car was rarely driven and can remember back in the 70's how low the milage was for a 20 plus year old car . Anyway my mates name is Allan Cooper and if you want you can call him on 9456 3880 for a chat . REGARDS MAURIE . p.s small world is'nt it !

What the photos don't show is the amazing storage in the cupboards - right down to a little plywood nest for the electric jug.
I keep dropping hints around here, but so far our cups just rattle around when we travel.
