Awesome!
What a find and a great clean up / resto too! Magic to have survived all these years and not to need any timber replaced. Just goes to show what proper storage can do, and a good dry climate I'm guessing.
Cheers Doug

Hi bubbles, I'ts a beautiful van and looks really smart with its new paint job. The glass front kitchen cupboards look lovely all tricked out with their green tea cups and other lovely period pieces. I have the same egg cups in my kitchen, so they brought a smile to my face to see the same ones in a vintage van. How fortunate that this particular van has no need of panel replacement, afew wrinkles etc. come along with age, and the originality of your van makes it great just the way it is. cheers retro64

Great work. I love the jarrah chassis. My father was a car and wagon builder so this early wood panel work gives me a warm glow. The drawbar is jarrah as you said. Are the A frame pieces jarrah as well?

Takeiteasy the two a frame are pieces of angle iron [ i forgot about those ] all the inside frame is jarrah , means if you want to put a nail in first you have to drill a hole Maurice
