Looks very much like a Baravan that needs a loving new owner Brian.

You are all going to kick me for not remembering what it was called, something beginning with P ? Phoenix perhaps. Anyway the timber was completely rotten & it sold for $50. The aluminium van next to it made $1000, it wasn't too bad but a bit rotten above the door. If I could have got it for $100 I would have. Anyway, came home with a nice old Remington typewriter & a Sunbeam mixmaster.
