Hi all, We are looking for a 1968 franklin caravan, single axle job, and in a perfect world, in mint original condition. We have done a complete nut and bolt resto on the falcon and the 1966 D series truck (both are the originals) but are hunting for the Franklin van. Any help would be so appreciated. If I cant find one and you happen to be in WA late this year, I am happy to pay for a photo shoot for 1 day, just hooked up to the truck. My number is 0428 283 510, Cheers Mark and Shaz

Hi, if you click on the picture so it is larger, you will see that the curved roof overhangs the front windows by approx 8 inches or so, and then makes a clean sweep downwards to the floor. There are a few modles I have seen but the current ones on ebay are differnt styles to what we are looking for. I am not 100% on the name of the stlye, ie arrow etc? Cheers

We currently have a 20'or so Franklin Caravelle in the yard at the moment needs new timber on the bottom of the walls in the front left hand side, seal the roof a bit of rot in the right hand rear and left hand front needs new cupboard doors(edges are all damaged due to been chip board) but overall a very solid tidy caravan that is 44years young. It could be for sale in time to come Regards Gerald
