This is it. I am off for a week to Hopetoun on the SE WA coast tomorrow. Will the new floor spring apart..... or the new beds collapse under my weight? Only time will tell.

Pics? i think my wife has some. I will hunt them up. It was ambitious to go SE in winter and the weather was inclement to say the least. As for the van - no worries. The floor and beds survived - we were all snug and warm... but it was too miserable to fish.

Some holiday pics: The Rig. We were snug inside - rain outside. Once of the geocache sites we visited - an old mine processing area near Ravensthorpe. The ground was littered with blue/green copper ore remnants. The cache was near the second pic. cheers, Bill

Hey Bill Good to see you out and about. ;D ;D ;D
The van and car combo looks good. She seems to be sitting reasonably level. How did the Olympic tow?
Cheers Atog

Hi Atog. Yeah the jeep and van do look good together. The van tows ok but likes to bounce about a bit. We "tow slow" anyway so its not a problem. Going west - east at Christmas..... lots of tweaking to do before then..... sway bars, 12/12V charger, upgrade lectrics, better table, and so on.... and new curtains!!! We will explore S.A. and NSW, visit wife's family in and around Sydney, and poke around that neck of the woods.
cheers, Bill
