  Hi All Retro 1...... Adam has retired as a moderator .....the admin/mod team would like to thank Adam for his contribution and his in put into the forum as a moderator....thanks Adam Urkel1965..... Thanks folks...I will be feeling my way around for a while...I assume I will have to wait a while til I can discuss the salary package, super, sick leave etc with other mods (performance based I assume!!!)
I am not good at guessing ages, but I get the feeling this is one of the few jobs that you don't necessarily get the golden hand shake at 65....I could be wrong....or I could get it before I start, if I am not careful!!
