Roehm 3108 looks like no one wants to play so you better tell them where it is.

I'll probably make an ass of myself now gypsy10 and get it wrong!! I think you're looking at the Cruising Yacht Club at Rushcutter's Bay but the geographical name seems to be Kellie's Bay. DonR, hence all those masts! Quite a few Sydney to Hobart racers from past and present live there. Have only been in there once, back in the 80's, but what nostalgia even in those days. Wall Robinson would be in his elements there!

Not too sure how we'll go with this pic, but I will tell you that it is a very popular place to visit on the northern shores of our island state

Hi Roehm, Beautiful photo. I was thinking Cowra until you mentioned the northern shores of our island state, so I’ll try the Royal Botanic Gardens in Launceston. By the way, I genuinely had no idea about Gypsy 10’s photo. I wasn’t just trying to stir things along. Don Ricardo

DonR I never thought you to be the stirrer, but I had to chuckle at the timeliness of gypsy10's photo. You got the state right on my pic, but not the location. I didn't know about it until I spoke to a couple who acted as volunteer guides there. Because of my photography interest I simply had to visit the place

Hi Roehm,
How about Wychwood Garden at Mole Creek?

Mole Creek - a major favourite place for me! I camped there for a week after the last nationals at Wang! Sorry DonR, but no cigar for that guess.
Rather surprised our Taswegian members haven't weighed in! Where are you, Murray, Gordo, etal!
Another clue for those playing. From Mole Creek, take the advice from the title of that famous movie North by North-West!

I suspect that there may not be enough interest in continuing this thread. My picture was of the Emu Valley Rhododendron Gardens outside Burnie Tas. Some 11 hectares of gardens maintained by volunteers. I visited them in autumn and even then there was still good colour to see. www.emuvalleyrhodo.com/

Who's Leigh? ?? It was the rocky hill side that made me think it was there but I was defiantly unsure. I'll add my picture later tonight.

Hi Gypsy 10,
OK let’s try and narrow it down a bit...
Based on the vegetation in the photo, I’m thinking Queensland. And I would think the anchor indicates a seaside location?
