Our resident Perth WA member lilypad has been busy in the workshop lately working 24/7 ;D on his latest creation: in Greg's own words: This is an EK Holden that I am currently working on. I have converted it to a 2 door buy moving the centre door pillar back 150mm and narrowing it about 40mm then making some new door skins and building longer doors. I then made new skins to extend the rear quarters forward to the door pillar and welded the window frame in from the old rear door. The front and rear wheel arches have been flared allowing for the car to be lowered and still maintain tyre clearance. Drive train will be a fuel injected in line six with Toyota 5 speed and BorgWarner diff. along with a HR front suspension fitted with Commodore rack& pinion and disk brakes.
A fantastic project Greg taking great shape .......please keep us updated with pics ....... Greg also has an interesting tow car being shipped to Aus arriving mid January .......all will be revealed in good time Greg & Jo's usual V V rig is this EK & Baravan (Greg's daily driver ....not the car being converted to a 2 door) Mark

Nice project always good to see this type of project done well - there are a few around that haven't extended the front door and just welded up the back door that just seem a bit ordinary to me. Love the home made stands And a nice rig to be going on with too Cheers Doug
