Hi JBJ I had a great time at wintersun this year. Despite getting flooded out of the TD ( whilst Trish and Joel where getting flooded out in Newcastle) and the cold weather due to the snow over warwick way, ... and smashing a window .. and....getting lost in the crowd on friday night ... still gotta get a ride in the juicemobile . . Wintersun is a real hoot with all the rods , modified street cars , Classic stockers, rockabilly music belting out of the local radio station, The Elvis look alikes , street stalls with all the hot up goodies. Not too mention thousands of friendly people and our very own Vintage Van and tow car show back in the caravan park. I promised the Bike boys i would do Valla Park Bike Rally one year and Wintersun the next. So its the bikes in 2008. Hopefully Wintersun 2009 wont clash with "The Trip to The Rock- Uluru" So to all those heading to wintersun 2008. Book early for the events if ya wanna get involved down the main drag and get in early for a campsite at the van park ( sorry cant remember the name of the park... Kirra Beach Caravan Park ... right .. yes/no). It shouldnt be left up to blokes like Dennis and Earlee to make a block booking for you Vintage vanners and then end up out of pocket due to "No shows". So... What the Bloody Hell are ya waiting for ?? DO IT NOW. ;D ;D ;D Reddo

Hi JBJ, We will be there. We have been most years since it's inception. Sometimes we drive and sometimes we fly. We have friends that have a house at Bilinga and we normally stay there, so we don't need to drag the van up as accom for us isn't a problem. This year I was lucky enough to pick up 2 of the Jetstar 5c flights, so we will be flying up and using the bus for local transport. ;D ;D ;D So we won't be staying at the van park but might try to pop down and see you their or perhaps catch up with you and Boots on the street somewhere. Regards Di & Al
