Hello all, I am trying to get information about this type of coupling, Has anyone out there had one of these to pieces or knows how they work with regards to dampening the over run action. I have put new seals into mine but am not sure if anything was missing from the valve area as I found the remains of a small spring on the piston side of the checkvalve when I dismantled it. Now the coupling is back together and the brakes bled, the piston seems to travel too far and too freely for my liking. This coupling is a retro fit on my Franklin Caravelle but is possibly fitted to other makes of van. Hoping someone may be able to help. Denis.
