My neighbour has a old 1960's 'Vacationer' brand van . The sides are made from a large single sheet of masonite . The front end style looks a bit like a Millard design .
The chassis is made from angle iron . It's fitted with Holden EK wheels.
He has saved it from the tip, its in good shape . The lower sides have rotted a bit but its sound overall.
Does anyone know where it was made ? It almost looks home made .
its fitted with a girling master cylinder . I will post some pics soon .
Thaanks from Mike

Hi Mike, Welcome to the forum. I've got an idea that 'Vacationer' was the model name for a particular brand of caravan. I've got a recollection of seeing a (insert brand name) Vacationer at the recent national Vintage Caravan rally in Mount Gambier. Somebody will come to my rescue and provide more information, I'm sure. Don Ricardo
