Cobber replied to my story re a tin toy caravan i missed out on at Bathurst. I have cut an pasted the info over to here. I reckon its worthy of mention.

While we are talking model caravans I thought I would show off my model caravan, made by me
myself, with my own hands & it is not tin,
but fair dinkum plywood. As you can see (I hope)
it is meant to be a replica of my rig. The FJ is a
Trax 1:43 scale and the caravan was meant
to be the same but due to circumstances
beyond my control (i.e. talent) it is more like
1:39.5.
It does have cupboards--seats--table etc.
inside, and as you can see the door opens.
My next project might be to build a 1:24
scale model to go with a 1:24 Trax FJ.
Then again it might not be---my next project.
