1960s Sprite Wallboard replacement

Hi,

I found this forum trying to find some details about the best material to use to replace the wallboard in my vintage van!

I have 2 questions I'm hoping some of you can help me with.

First of all I need to take out the window frames to be able to properly do the walls but there is little round headed rivets and I can't get them out. Anyone got any tips?

And then I'm trying to decide what material to use for the new wallboards?

Hello & welcome. Re the rivets, generally they have to be drilled out. With the walls, in Australia most folks use ply. It can be difficult to source materials that are the same as the original.
