2021 VINTAGE CARAVAN NATIONALSNATIONALS DINNER - Monday, 3 May VENUE: Hotel Victor, Albert Place, Victor Harbor - a 1.3 km walk or drive from the Nationals venue. TIME: 7.00 pm sharp. COST: $43.00 per person - covers carvery meal and dance music. Because of the substantially larger numbers attending the 2021 VV Nationals, we are asking for you to book and pay in advance to avoid a schemozzle on the night. See booking details below. (The cost of the dinner has increased from 2020 because due to Covid-19 rules there is a maximum of 183 seats, and the hotel must provide additional serving staff.)
RSVP: Bookings and payments, no later than Monday, 19 April - but please book ASAP. There is a strict total of only 183 seats (down from 250 due to Covid-19 restrictions).. SPECIAL MEAL REQUIREMENTS: The Hotel Victor will provide for people with special meal requirements (vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc), but please let us know of your special requirements when you book. PM me with your special requirements). DRESS: Neat casual. Wear your finest outfit for dining and dancing the night away. IMPORTANT NOTE: Some people paid for the Nationals Dinner in 2020 and did not arrange for a refund. A list of these people will be posted below. If you are on the list you will still need to let me know that you wish to attend the Dinner this year by following Steps 2 & 3 below and pay the difference of $5 per person. - how many people you are booking for the Dinner,

3. Your booking will be confirmed in a list on this thread. Bookings will not be finally accepted until payment has been received. What if I'm not able to attend after booking? Cancellations will be accepted up until Monday, 19 April, and a refund arranged. After that date cancellations and refunds will only be made if you (not the Nationals team) can find someone to take your place at the dinner. The Nationals team has to make a payment in advance to the Hotel, and doesn't have the funds available to cover late cancellations. We trust you will understand. There are only 183 seats available for the Dinner, so book now to avoid missing out. The Nationals Dinner is always a good night of fun, food and friendship.

UNKNOWN NATIONALS DINNER PAYMENT
Hi everyone,
Someone made an in-bank (cash) payment into our account for $86 on 29 March. It was tagged “Boat Trip”.
Despite the tag I presume this was a payment for the Nationals Dinner because of the amount - $43 x 2. However, it doesn’t match up with any of the messages I have had about tickets for the Dinner.
If the payment was made by you, or someone you know, can you please let me know so that I can update the records for who’s coming to the Dinner.
