Wwhat do you guys suggest for treating the chassis on the Atlantic? There is surface rust which I can attack with a wire brush. What do I slap on after that?

hi belinda
good to see you again.
wire brush it to remove loose rust (don't over-do the wire brushing because the converter needs some rust to work properly) and with a spray bottle, lightly coat it with bondall ranex rust converter (bunnings).
let it dry for a day or so, wipe off excess white residue, no need to undercoat it, just paint it with good enamel as per bottle instructions.
don't waste money on rust proof paint like white knight, there's no need.
geoff 'n jude
ps - i'm doing the same thing with the roadmaster at the moment.
