Hi all I am very new to this board. Please be patient.
I am searching for info on exactly what my van is. Numbers on a frame :760-7 (that's what it looks like anyway)
Thinking Franklin Freeway 69ish model? I've owned for approx 5years. Replaced bits and pieces but would like to continue to restore but also keeping in mind I have 2little tackers so keeping it practical.
I've just ordered and received my 3mm acrylic can windows. I have No edging (as windows were removed prior to purchase) and were covered with aluminium sheeting. So I have no idea how to stick them on and cannot find this edging anywhere..
I will try post pics on here.

According to the Franklin numbering system your van would be van No. 760 built in 1967. Some photos of your van would help greatly to give you correct advice but if the Perspex windows are held in with the same aluminium strip which was used on our 69 model (now sold) then I have been unable to find a supplier. The same strip is used as table edging on many vans of the era.

oh thankyou for the info. I will try to get some pics uploaded.. although it is a little tricky having to get the app or dropbox and then add to that to upload here?
Is anyone in know of restorers in the gippsland area? I am ready to put the perspex on / in, but not sure what they sit in or on? I kind of need a step by step..
