Hi guys, I need a bit of help sourcing some clips from an original Franklin interior light fitting Here's the actual fitting. It will be very familiar to anyong with a 60's Franklin. I don't need the whole thing so I'm hoping someone may have a broken one laying around. I only need the clips that hold the glass in place. I need 4 ideally, but two may get me out of trouble. Most of mine are missing but I've managed to have two on each of my two lights. These two hold the glass in fairly securely but I have reservations that only two clips in each light will continue to hold on a trip over rough ground. So, an extra one in each light would be better, and an extra two in each light would be fantastic. Can anyone help please? Cheers Jim

Hi Jim. Have you got a pic of one you can show. I see the round version of these lights regularly at OP shops. Have you tried looking locally?

May be able to help you! I have two backing plates, pretty sure one is missing the important bits but will have a look & get back to you.

One has 4x clips & 1 has 3. I don’t want to pull them apart as I think they are riveted.

Thems the ones SGTL, Yes they are rivetted on. Easy enough to drill them out though.
How do you want to handle this? I'm happy to come to you and I can drill them out while I'm there in case you ever have a need for any other part.
Work out how much you want for 4 clips and PM me?
Thank you heaps
Jim
I'm in California Gully by the way.
