Hi Aussieute, You’re really making progress. I like the blue paint - it makes the van look very aristocratic. Don Ricardo

Thanks Don tried to go with the original colour which I think does give it a very classy look will hope to get the white same as around the back windows on the top soon. Then repeat on the other side it's too big to do in one go and still have some minor repairs to do on left side cheers Chris

Finally got the time and energy to do some work on the beast rebuilding the wardrobe ends for the 2 nd time to get the curve I am happy with fitting the fly wire and surrounding timbers on windows making and fitting the table support posts there not round which was fun to work out how to make it slow and steady as I get the energy to do the heap of small jobs that need doing cheers Chris

Finally got good weather to do some painting on the beast Had to repaint the right side as too many sanding scratches were there from removing the old paint got the paint on one side and the front only as the size of the van so partly finished with colour and have got the dolly wheel finished and working making it easier to put on car cheers Chris

Had some more good weather again now 80% of van has been painted but ran out of paint just the front top and the new front door when I make it as the old door is twisted and keeps cracking at the welds where the screen door is easier to make a new one. Hope to do some roofing next time I come here cheers Chris

Haven't posted here in a while have still been slowly getting there Have been working on the inside roof at the moment (very stiff neck) looking up to screw it up. The third picture is the lift up mechanism that is similar to my other Jennisons that have had to be made put two bars in the tubes and leaver the roof up just hope it is not too heavy Will be putting the roof tin on soon
