Hi all,
Following our practice on the forum for previous Nationals, this thread has been created for posts and photos about the 2018 VV Nationals at Wangaratta, including posts from the pre-Nationals tours and the trip home.
The purpose of the thread is to provide a record of the Wangaratta Nationals that we can look back on in future years, and that we can easily find in the 'Vintage Vanners Hall of Fame' section of the forum. So we ask (in the most polite way!) that anyone with posts about the Nationals post them on this thread.
The thread has started off with a couple of posts from Murray who is part of the High Country Tour convoy.
If you're interested in photos and posts from previous Nationals you can find them in the 'Vintage Vanners Hall of Fame' section. Unfortunately quite a few of the photos have disappeared as a result of the 'Great Photobucket Disaster of 2017', but the threads are still worth a look. Hopefully one day we will be able to restore the photos...
Don Ricardo

A big thanks to Don Ricardo (Richard) and all those who worked so hard to make the Nationals such a great event.
It was our first time to a Vintage Caravan events and we thoroughly enjoyed the week especially meeting some many new people.
We are looking forward to the next event.

I loved the 16ft sunliner. It was a highlight of the nats to me apart from marvin. The ritz also has the best kitchen layout of vintage vans. That front kitchen is great. I was told there was a rattier sunliner than mine at the nats which was hard to believe. Who needs paint, original is great. Once their painted there not original. Another 2000km trip on my sunliner with the bigger than texas tour and plenty of chips. Great to see all you guys again at the nats. Long live vintage vans, But remember next time pick a dog friendly park so we can all come. Chippydave
