With the fantastic new camp kitchen we will be able to do cooking classes. Some dishes we can try with a Vintage caravan flavor. Afternoon tea - Homemade Scones and Aerolite Jelly, Dolly Wheel Donuts or a nice savory Ourtouring Pastie. Breakfast - A nice big Franklin Fritter or some Supalite scrambled eggs. For the Globe Trotters , Pathfinder Pancakes. Lunch - Swampy Newcastle Oysters with Corn on the Cobber or Hunter Kingsway Prawns in a nice Country Club Sauce. Evening - How about a nice big Carapark casserole with some Supalite Damper or being on the coast a Hardy feed of fish caught on the Horizon. Sitting back sipping on a Don perignom looking at the Sun over the Liner in the Harbor, this will be our Quest to have a Goodtime.

Time poor just sit down now and then to catch my breath. Then you got me thinking, what to get the lady that gives advice to God for Christmas ?? A good looking young chap to take her to functions ? She has me ! Tick. What about a pet? She has Rattcliffe and 6 goldfish. Tick. What about an overseas holiday ? Well I took her to Tassie about a month ago and we can do some more overseas travel at Stockton in February, the Ferry is nearby. Tick. Jewelry ? Well she just got new glasses, must not get too carried away. Tick. Alcohol ? She always says she never drank till I came along, now she woofs the scotch, Must be contented.I have also given her all the bottles of wine that our suppliers have given us for Christmas, has to be a big tick.A new car ? Bought her a new Mazda 2 a couple of months ago and still has her MG Midget in the shed, tick. On top off all this , I just serviced her whipper snipper and bought her a new little shovel to clean out the gutters at home and I saw a new broom slipped in with the groceries as well !! Now you see my quandary, perhaps a new vacuum cleaner after Christmas, now that would be nice. Thank you for getting me thinking.
Best wishes ,John.

Maybe you need to buy another vehicle for your loungeroom John, then you could buy a new feather duster for Pam to dust it with? Problem solved! Jenno

Good morning Girls and Boys, Well done all of you that have booked. It is not long now before the Stockton get together and you have the chance to have the pleasure of Mrs Pam, Mr John and young master Rattcliffe`s company, how lucky are you?? So if you have not booked, chop, chop. After turning down channel 10s I`m a Celebrity we will have as a special guest The purveyor of ply, The connoisseur of couplings, The harvester of hatches and a whole of A frames the one and only founder of Reddotell Industries.
Definitely an event not to be missed.

Hi Royal, As we only live 20 mins away from this site we are best qualified to answer your question. Stockton Caravan Park is on the eastern side of the Island. NSW Newcastle. Northern side of the Newcastle Harbour entrance right on the water's edge. Very nice spot with stroll to Pubs, Clubs and Shops etc. Walking distance to harbour ferry if you want to go into Newcastle the big smoke. Cheers L. & L. Shagnasty

Well boys, girls, mum`s,dad`s,uncle`s ,aunties and anyone else. The countdown is on, have you booked, is the van ready (how long since you checked those pesky wheel bearings??), old car all good or is you going to cheat and bring the modern. Remember this place has the new beaut camp kitchen so we can give whatever weather is thrown at us the bird.

We're counting down the days. Can't wait to get away to lovely Stockton. I hope its not too hot. No airconditioning in the old car, certainly none in the van either. We had some very hot times on our holiday in Sussex recently but survived! ;-)
See you soon, Jane and Justin
